Inserts cost $300. If larger than the dimensions of the newspaper they may need to be folded. Inserts must be provided by the advertiser in the quantity of 3,000 – 4,000. They must be delivered to:

ALL print and Online Advertising deadlines are:
Monday at 2:00 PM on the week of publication.
Proofs must be requested by Thursday, one week before the contracted print date.
Broadsheet Measurements & Column Sizes
If artwork is between sizes, the size must be rounded up tot he next column width.
It is the responsibility of the advertiser to size the artwork properly. In-house designs will be made according to our design guidelines.
If artwork remains a different column size, white space will be added around the ad, and the advertiser will be billed according to the total column width used.
The Clarion Call is the student-run newspaper of Clarion University of Pennsylvania and the surrounding communities. The Call is published most Thursdays during the academic year. The Call accepts submissions, but reserves the right to edit for libel, grammar, length, punctuation and obscenity; the determination of which is the responsibility of the Editor in Chief. Submissions must be signed and include contact information. They must be received no later than 5 p.m. Mondays. If the author of a letter wishes to remain anonymous, they must attach a separate letter of explanation.
Information boxes (including PSAs) are published only based on available space and at the discretion of the Executive Board. Publication is not guaranteed.
The Clarion Call is funded by advertising revenue and the Clarion Students’ Association.
The Call is available on campus and throughout Clarion.
